DOGMA Añejo explores the deeper relationship between agave and oak. Extended maturation develops warmth, texture and complexity, while allowing the cooked agave to remain present beneath layers of vanilla, caramelised notes, spice and wood.
The Colour
Depth
Rosa mexicano. The most confident colour decision in the collection, and the least expected on an añejo. Where convention reaches for amber, DOGMA reaches for the pink of modern Mexican architecture — a colour that belongs to galleries and facades, not to nostalgia.
The Design
Ornament with intent
Ornament at its most luminous. On saturated pink the peacocks and sunflower turn almost electric, and the white typography reads with the clarity of signage rather than of a label.

Appearance
Deep amber gold after more than a year in American oak, with warm copper highlights.
Nose
Vanilla and caramelised agave open, then dried orange peel, toasted oak and warm baking spice. A faint cocoa note sits underneath.
Palate
Toffee and cinnamon over a warm agave core, with oak, dried fruit and a light cocoa bitterness that gives it structure. Fuller and rounder in texture than the Reposado.
Finish
Long and gently spiced, fading through vanilla and oak into a dry, warm close.
